Families of Lindenwald Baseball and Softball,

As information continues to become available regarding the increasing spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to provide our participants with an update on how our league plans to move forward with the implementation of our baseball and softball season. Our league’s representatives came together to make an educated and informed decision on how to handle the growing concern in our community regarding COVID-19 and its impact on our association. As of today, we have decided to suspend all league activities for three weeks—now thru April 5, 2020 (with the exception for our Gift Card Turn-In date which is Sat, Mar 28) in order to stay in compliance with the Ohio Department of Health. We will reevaluate the severity of the situation at that time. Our goal is to follow guidelines and recommendations given by health officials to keep all participants safe and healthy. Please understand that we would love nothing more than to start the season as soon as possible. However, the health and safety of all who are a part of Lindenwald Baseball and Softball is and always will be our top priority.
